Commission and Invoicing Specialist

OneCoast is the largest national provider of sales and marketing services to vendors and retailers for home décor, gift and collegiate products.  We have national coverage throughout the United States with wholesale showrooms in major merchandise marts including Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Seattle.

 

We are currently seeking a Commission Specialist and an Invoicing Specialist for our Dallas Regional Support Center at the World Trade Center.  

 

The Commission Specialist processes commission statements and handles some data/invoice entry.  An intermediate level of proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and 10-key by touch is required.  The specialist will be communicating with sales reps, administrative assistants, sales managers, executives and vendors. The ideal candidate must be positive, dedicated, team oriented, innovative and able to submit ideas for process efficiency or improvements, and will be extremely service oriented (in both internal and external capacities).

 

Additional functions:  (inclusive of, but not limited to the following):Ensure quality by demonstrating attention to accuracy with data entry and processing responsibilities.  Handle research projects regarding commission rates, payment problems, and unreconciled invoices.Ensure that all written correspondence is clear, concise, professional, and uses proper spelling/grammar.  Exhibit superior written and verbal communication skills.Completion of order changes/cancellations.Willingness to abide by departmental standards as outlined in the Team Guidelines.

 

The Invoicing Specialist is responsible for invoice/data entry.  10-key by touch with the ability to produce 10,000 keystrokes per hour with a high rate of accuracy is required (Final candidates will be tested during the interview process).  Must be familiar with Excel spreadsheets, be well spoken, well written, display a professional appearance, be positive, dedicated, team oriented, and will be extremely service oriented (in both internal and external capacities).

 

Additional functions:  (inclusive of, but not limited to the following):Ensure quality – attention to accuracy and detail with all data entry.Ensure that proper spelling/grammar is used consistently with all written correspondence.  Complete order changes/cancellations in the system.Willingness to abide by departmental standards as outlined in the Team Guidelines.
