Customer Care Advocate

ORS Nasco is a premier wholesaler of welding, safety and industrial products, is the largest wholesaler of MRO and oil field supplies in North America.  We are looking for energetic individuals for exciting and fast paced positions that will be dealing directly with our customer base, assisting them with products, product numbers, pricing and availability. Industrial and welding product knowledge will be given preferential consideration. 

 

Enjoyment of direct interaction with customers and employee is imperative.  A commitment to ‘making it different here, a willingness to be creative, and a passion for work that matters’ is required.  Others need not apply.  We are looking for really dynamic people, with a lot of integrity and energy, who will be excited every day about ORS Nasco, our customers and our employees.

 

The successful candidate must be a team player, have excellent people and communication skills, be self-motivated, familiar with “follow up” skills, attentive to detail and computer literate.  A minimum of two years experience in Customer Service is required, preferably in a distribution environment.  Drug testing is a part of our standard employment procedure. Salary structuring will be commensurate with related years of experience.
