Customer Service Agent

Job Purpose:
Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems as well as maintaining customer accounts and records.

Duties:
* Entering orders placed by customers via phone, fax, or electronically.

* Opens and maintains customer accounts.

* Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; and correctly addressing it.

* Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.

* Light accounting and book keeping duties (Training will be given)

* Database and system integrity management (If applicable, training will be given)

Skills/Qualifications:
We will provide extensive training but these basic requirements must be met:
- Computer/technical skills are a must and due to the complex and advanced nature of our management systems, intermediate knowledge or greater is required.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or Fishbowl inventory programs is preferred but not necessary.
- A strong willing to learn in a challenging environment and a positive attitude
