About Our CompanyMontessori Outlet, Inc. is a leading wholesaler/retailer in the pre-school supplies industry, supplying more than 8000 schools nationwide.  As the nation's 2nd largest Montessori supplier, our business is expanding very fast. We are currently looking for a motivated customer service associate working at our comfortable/casual office in Pomona, CA.Candidate passing the 3 month probation period will become our regular full time employee which we will offer variety benefits such as paid holidays and vacations, health insurance, year end bonus, and pending 401k.Job Description

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for the following duties:

  Answering multiple phone lines of inbound calls; Helping cusotmers place phone orders; Answering pre-sale questions regarding our products and services; Helping customers track their orders; Answering billing questions; Processing return & exchange request; Other administrative works.

All qualified employees will be trained at our company in their 1st month's employment.

 

Job Experience & Qualification

  Must be at least high school graduated; 2+ years working experience is required; Be professional in MS Word, Excel and phone skills; Be able to type 40+ wpm with Accuracy; Strong written and oral communication skills; Bilingual language such as Spanish or Chinese will be a plus; Strong Organizational skills; Detail-oriented and self motivated; Be able to work with various levels of management and meet deadlines; Must pass drug screening test and background check;
