Customer Service/Call Center Representatives

Nikken, Inc., a world leader in health and wellness technology, is seeking Customer Service/Call Center Representatives to work in our Call Center at our worldwide headquarters in Irvine, CA.  Nikken has a 30-year history of quality customer service. 

 

 

Each successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

 

-  High volume incoming calls

-  Resolving questions and issues on a variety of topics

-  Provide friendly and caring service

-  Navigate in-house Windows based computer programs

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

-  High School diploma; some college preferred

-  1-2 years customer service experience

-  Excellent telephone etiquette

-  Excellent computer skills

-  Strong Analytical skills and problem solving capabilities

-  Detail oriented

-  Must be able to multi-task, be professional and interact well with co-workers
