Customer Service Rep

Boston Wine Company, a prestigious importer and distributor of wines from around the world, seeks a Customer Service Rep to join our team.  This position is based in Somerville, MA.

Successful candidates will have:

1. Prior experience in entering customer orders through a data entry / order entry system.

2. Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

3. Professional phone manner.

4. Be able to handle a high volume of work in a very busy department.
