Customs House Broker Representative

We do have 1 Full Time U.S. Customs House Broker Representative position opening. This position has many opportunities for personal and professional growth. You will be working directly with the Customs House Broker Supervisor.

 

Job Description:

Provide customer account management proficiently and personably. You must work directly with our clients and U.S. Customs (Department of Homeland Security). You will need to be able to multitask in a fast paced environment. You will be expected to execute in a timely fashion with excellence.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Management of customer accounts

2. Coordinate international Trade and Traffic for our clients

3. Communicate with Clients frequently to ensure satisfaction

4. Work with U.S. Customs to be in compliance for International Commerce 

5. Knowledge of U.S. Customs rules and regulations, and maintain expertise

6. Preparation of Customs entry requirements for U.S. Customs

 

Requirements:

1. 1 years Industry Experience working with United States Customs and International Trade

2. Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast paced work environment

3. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially excel

 

Preferred:

1. Preferred licensed U.S. Customs Broker

2. Preferred 5 years experience in the industry

3. Preferred 4 years of college
