Dallas Inside Sales Engineer

Nolan Power Group is a leader in the DC sales and service industry.  Incorporated in 1979, Nolan Power Group LLC supplies and services standby power solutions, (batteries, chargers, and uninterruptible power systems).  Our markets include the industrial, engineering firms, telecommunication, utility, and commercial marketplaces.  We are currently looking for a sales support engineer in our North Texas area.

We are seeking a highly motivated, success-driven individual to aggressively develop new business and expand relationships in the Dallas, North Texas, and Houston areas.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Supporting the actions of the regional outside sales teamAdministration of internal project coordinationDeveloping new business opportunitiesQuoting, following up, and closing projectsCreation and support of sales tools for outside sales teamDevelopment of support factory relationshipsCommunication of key data to outside sales team for effective time management and decision making.Manage and increase gross profits for Nolan Power Group’s products and servicesIdentify new accounts meeting our defined target marketIncrease Nolan Power Group’s name recognition in markets

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

 A background in the industry or an electrical background is neededSkills of an inside sales engineer coupled with business development skillsWill need to travel to south Texas regions for support of large projects.Possess a blend of industrial sales and technical skillsProven success in sales and negotiating skillsDemonstrated skills at effective territory managementStrong customer service/solutions focusExcellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skillsKnowledge of CAD a plus
