Entry Level Customer/Sales Support

Forever Collectibles is a leading marketer and manufacturer of collectibles, novelty and promotional products servicing the sports and entertainment industries.  Located in Edison NJ, the company’s product line includes both plush and poly resin products, such as bobble head dolls and plush bears.  Forever Collectibles holds licenses with all the major professional sports leagues, as well as collegiate teams, and has recently added licenses with WWE and Marvel.  We are a growing organization that is eager to aggressive, hard working individuals who we can teach and promote within our company.

Job Responsibilities:

* Daily customer and salesmen contact to assist with questions and information requests

* Organizing data, for various departments, to ensure accurate document and    service flow

* Review daily reports for issues and errors

* Process Sales Orders from outside sales force

* Review Production orders from our overseas suppliers

Qualifications:

* Above Average knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

* Hardworking, Focused and Dedicated individual

* Ability to work extended hours when need to complete a task

* Strong Multi-tasking skills are preferred

* Ability to work within a high passed group setting

* College Education a big plus, but not required
