Fashion jewelry and accessories company looking for a smart, fun, energetic person to join our customer service team. Our wholesale business is growing quite rapidly and we are seeking someone who loves talking to customers and loves fashion. We have created a fun work environment and need someone that loves customers to join our team.

Job Description:

Answering phones, taking orders 
Data Entry
Managing and order tracking
Working closely with all areas of the company
Outgoing calls to customers
Problem solving and follow up
Possible travel to trade shows


Qualifications:

Excellent telephone communication and customer service skills
Able to multi task

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a small office team environment
Must be computer literate with intermediate skills of MS Office
Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus, but not mandatory
Must have the ability to take great care of our customers and maintain a positive attitude!
