Front Desk / Billing Coordinator

 

We need a dedicated employee, who is organized, energetic, service/detail orientated and a team player.

Candidate has aptitude for math, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to handle work pressure. As the Front Desk / Billing Coordinator, you will greet our clients in a warm friendly and welcoming manner. You need to help direct office traffic, organize the things that fuel the office, manage essential special projects, and provide a calming sense of professionalism and good humor. We offer a relaxed work environment and all the opportunities that come with a high-grow, profitable technology company.· Answer main phone line and distribute calls / messages, Maintain, order and distribute office supplies, Retrieve, sort and distribute mail, Receive all deliveries packages and prepare DHL/FedEx packages and ensure pickup or drop off. Prepared invoices/billings and manage special projects as requested

Knowledge of quickbooks is must
