Human Resources Assistant/Payroll Clerk - Music Industry

We are looking for a talented high energy Human Resources Assistant who will assist the Vice President of Human Resources. This individual will be a key player in all aspects of the Human Resources department for all company locations.

 



 

Job Description:

This position will assist and support the Vice President of Human Resources with any and all human resources issues as assigned. The main focus of this position will be supporting payroll, be the back up for all payroll duties and employee benefit maintenance. When time allows, this position will assist with recruiting and the accounting department.

 

 

 

Skills/Qualifications Required:

 

1 to 3 years office administration/human resources experience.

Previous payroll experience with ADP and E-Time software a requirement.

Organization and communication skills are necessary for this position.

Reconciliation and a general understanding of accounting principles helpful.

 

 

 

Specific Responsibilities:

 

Collecting time card punches through E-Time software

Processing payroll

Tracking employee data for various reports and applications

Set up New Hire packets

Track New Hires and schedule reviews

Maintain COBRA participants and paperwork.

Good Attitude and the ability to work in a fast pace work environment.

Must have the ability to multi-task.

Bi-lingual in English/Spanish helpful, but not required.

 

 

Computer Skills and Software Knowledge Needed:

 

Must be sufficient in the following programs:

MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook, ADP PCP and E-Time.
