Bradley Caldwell, Inc. (BCI) is a full line value added distribution warehouse servicing the Farm and Home, Equine, Pet, Lawn & Garden, Pond and Wild bird industries. We are located in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania.  Our service area extends from Maine to Michigan to Southern Virginia.  Our customer base ranges from small mom and pop stores to large superstore retailers.  We also serve as a fulfillment center for eCommerce accounts.

  We are currently looking for a highly motivated, personable and energetic Human Resources Manager.

 

Significant Responsibilities:Develop HR Strategy and make recommendations in the areas of finding and hiring talented people, performance measurement, job descriptions, and employee development which includes development and training.Provide HR support and advice to all levels of leadership on HR-related topics.  Create and maintain employment policies which meet company needs, and which further its mission and goals.Administer compensation planning, employment communications, and employee benefit programs.Respond to Federal or State inquiries pertaining to investigations, or possible employment claims.As Safety Coordinator, manage daily activities related to health, safety and environmental compliance including oversight responsibilities for the activities of the company’s safety committee.

 

Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resource Management.Must have strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law and applicable federal and state regulations.Strong interpersonal communication, writing, and organizational skills

 

Education:

· Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
