Inside Sales Manager

Bossard Metrics, a metrics fastener distributor, is in search of an inside sales manager for its Elk Grove Village location.

 

This highly visible position will report to the National Director of Sales. 

The right individual must be a strong motivator, communicator, have superior decision making skills, ability to work in unison with the outside sales staff and business management team implementing the companies strategic plan.

 

 

In summary, the position will manage the daily operations of a sales office with 10+ staff. Responsible for developing and training of sales staff, ensure excellent customer service, reduce excess stock positions and error rates, assist in developing target accounts, provide pricing and quote conversion analysis and continuously look for ways to improve process flows. 

 

Previous fastener experience is a plus, but not necessary. Strong computer skills are required.
