Our continued growth has created a need for an: Inside Sales Representative specializing in roofing materials and building products.Job Responsibilities: • Provide support to Outside Sales force (also serve as a backup for Outside Sales) • Consultative selling to our clients and be able to identify solutions. • Receive and process requests directly from customers (via telephone, fax and mail) for price quotations, product availability, customer orders, material returns, billing corrections, product information, order changes, and cancellations • Quickly and smoothly resolve customer complaints and problems • Engage in specialty purchasing • Coordinate delivery and/or pick up of customer orders with operations teams • Generates price quotations in a timely manner • Responsible for adhering to policies of the customer financial services • Maintains accurate and up-to-date "open order" files in computer system • Maintains adequate supply of product samples and literature • Adheres to pricing guidelines established by Branch Manager • Reviews all orders to forecast additional customer needs • Interacts with sister branches when necessary on inventory issues and deliveries • Maintains strong relationships with customers during and after purchases to facilitate return businessJob Requirements: • 1-2 years Sales experience (possibly in the building products industry) • Experience in a team-based environment • Experience in handling multiple projects/tasks at once • Experience in a position that deals directly with customers (front-line) • Bilingual in Spanish preferredIf you are goal driven, self starter and a leader then this is the opportunity for you.We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits including medical, dental, 401K, and more. an affirmative action/equal opportunity employerFor quick consideration apply here
