Inside Sales Representatives
Leading international pet and pond products company headquartered in Mansfield, MA is seeking experienced Inside Sales Representatives for our Fontana, CA facility. This position is responsible for pursuing leads and selling Hagen Products. .
Responsibilities:
Pursue sales leads from ad inquires, direct mail responses and other sources. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell Hagen products; explain the features and benefits. Receive inbound calls to convert to sales orders. Quote prices, availability, credit terms, and prepare sales for orders obtained. Estimate date of delivery to customers. Provide tracking information on shipments to customers and returns. Build and maintain customer relationships. Enter orders into Elite system for processing. Provide product samples to qualified customers on request. Prepare reports of business transactions, program results and sales productivity. Work with customers to keep account activities and literature up to date. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems. Investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries. May travel to and attend trade shows.
Experience and Skills Required:
Minimum two (2) years of experience performing in the capacity of an inside sales representative. Clear and persuasive communication skills (both verbal and written); respond promptly to customer needsAbility to use intuition and experience to develop alternative solutionsExcellent organizational and time management skillsMust be detail oriented with strong project management skillsContribute to profits and revenueAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, percentages and volumeAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projectsAbility to deal with customers and co-workers in a pleasant and professional mannerPC proficient including email, the Internet and Microsoft Office. CRM software experience a plus
