Inside Sales and Purchasing
Modern Builders Supply, located in Ypsilanti, Michigan, seeks a motivated and experienced inside salesperson/purchaser. Theposition entails working daily with contractors and buildingprofessionals to help meet their building product needs. This can rangefrom vinyl siding to interior doors, but this particular position isresponsible for the bulk of the siding/roofing sales. This position also entails the daily purchasing needs of the branch including vendor relations, and inventory management. Local industry experience is a must.
Theperson we are seeking for this position must be a team player, and bewilling to help out in all areas of business. An outgoing and friendlypersonality is a must as there is constant contact with our customerbase. Experience with an AS/400 OE system, and MS Office is highly desired.
