Job Description

 

Requirements:

Must be proficient with Excel, Word, and Power Point programs.  Must be able to multi-task; have excellent organization, data base management and time management skills. 

Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

 

·  Manage Weekly Retail Reporting Data Base

·  Communicate with Management Team and Field Sales Weekly Retail Reports

·  Develop and Manage Monthly Item and New Product Sell-thru Reports- Identifying key trends, best sellers; communication with executive management team and field sales staff

·  Responsible for Market Tour Recaps

·  Information Management for annual Management Meeting and twice yearly Field Sales Meeting

·  Manage Market Penetration/Door Analysis Report-Updating Information on an on-going basis

·  Assist Field Sales Managers on Special Projects such as store re-assortments, conclave meetings, and RTV management

·  Create Retailer Meeting Materials and Internal Information

·  Maintain and Update Customer Database

·  Support internal team with Market Week preparations

·  Create Customized Sales Catalogs utilizing DMS system

·  Manage “Ripka Rewards” Sales Incentive Contest for Retail Partners and Internal Employees
