Prior wine experience is not necessary, training provided. Compensation Our compensation package clearly rewards dedication and effort.  Base plus commissions & bonuses 2007 Average earnings of Wine Broker $91k per year 2007 Highest achiever earned $237k.   A comprehensive benefit package includes: ·  Medical, Dental,Vision & Chiropractic Insurance·  401k, Life Insurance & Generous Vacation Pay ·  Travel and a continuing wine education.
