PC Support

We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated candidate to fill the role of PC Support in our Richmond, VA headquarters location.

 

Candidates should possess experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows 2000/XP Workstation, Windows 2000/2003 servers, and related Windows networks,working  technical knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft IIS and extensive application support with Microsoft Office. 

 

Qualified candidates should also possess:

 

· Microsoft Office 2003 Suite 

· Strong familiarity with TCP/IP networking.

· Familiarity with various network protocols.

· Strong knowledge of popular Windows PC software programs, including Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer, etc.

· Good technical knowledge of current network hardware and standards.Strong troubleshooting techniques.

 

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work effectively on project teams, possess excellent written and oral communication skill in dealing with all levels of staff, and display superior problem solving and analytical skills.  After hours and on call work may be required.
