PLANNER/EXPEDITER

Nationwide Industries, Inc., a leading manufacturer and importer of gate hardware located in the Sabal Park / Brandon area has a unique opportunity for an individual to participate in a fast paced importing effort.  As the Planner/Expediter, your duties will consist of the following:

 

-Review open orders with our factories in China and Taiwan via email and telephone, and verify on-time shipment.

 

-Analyze sales trends and inventory levels in our warehouses, and suggest new factory orders.

 

-Process all import documents.  Communicate with transportation companies and brokers.

 

-Track all import shipments, and update progress daily.

 

-Other analytical projects as directed.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

-Must have the ability to communicate Fluently (verbally and written) in both Chinese/Mandarin and English.

 

-Must possess EXCEL spreadsheet skills

 

-Excellent mathematical skills

 

-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

 

-Eagerness to learn the business

 

COMPENSATION

 

Salary is negotiable.  The company offers participation in group health insurance, 401K plan, paid holidays and paid vacation.
