Personalization Production Manager

Personalization Production Manager Our company creates timeless heirloom-quality toys, furniture, and gifts that children – and their parents – love.  We are looking for an experienced production manager to set up, implement, and run a complete personalization operation in Dallas, TX.  Looking for expertise personalizing wood products but broad-based background across many types of machines and materials is helpful.  Must be familiar with laser engraving on wood and metal, hot stamping, foil transfer, sublimination printing, heat press vinyl, monogramming and embroidery.  Ideal candidate will set up the shop and the systems, from purchase of machinery (new or used) to facility, personnel and computer requirements. Must be able to supervise a staff, work well under deadlines, work with designers, product developers and operations people. Other duties include: trouble-shoot problems to keep machines operational create jigs order supplies routine equipment maintenance time studiesWe are a design and development company headquartered in Dallas and manufacturing in Asia with a tremendous opportunity to grow our business through personalization. Excellent work environment and full benefits package.
