Product Development Coordinator

CAROLEE LLC, the premier designer of prestige jewelry and accessories is looking for a Product Development Coordinator at our Stamford, CT Headquarters.

 

Responsibilities: Manage the process of ordering all design supplies, beads, findings and materials required for in-house sample makingProcess samples received for all brands from overseas vendors, including processing of invoices and keeping records of all samples receivedCoordinate the order process and receipt of all samples needed for international accountsProvide system set-up for all packaging and visual displaysCoordinate the receipt and organization of all open line samples received from vendorsManage the system set-up of new vendors as well as maintenance of vendor informationCoordinate the shipping of all overseas packagesProcess all departmental requests for samples for marketing, PR, international, etc.

Requirements:2+ years in wholesale environmentProficiency in MS OfficeExcellent communication skills required, as this position requires extensive communication with vendors on a daily basis
