Join our team and let Graybar work to YOUR advantage! RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform order entry of job lot purchase orders and provide order acknowledgements to customers. Coordinate fixture package and gear releases. Provide various reports to customers from Project Manager software throughout the project period. Update shipping schedules to customers; expedite orders, drawings, and follow-ups. Address change orders with suppliers and customers, process supplier debit memos, and clear customer invoice deductions as they relate to job lots. Perform Returned Goods process for project orders; file and complete freight claims in a timely manner. Apply job lot billing to current projects, both lighting and gear; monitor job folders for successful completion and close out. Perform other duties as assigned.Experience: Two or more years of progressive customer service or related experience preferred.Knowledge: Broad knowledge of product lines and services with the ability to make presentations to customers. Ability to use Graybar Project Manager software at a proficient level preferred. Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact. Demonstrable skill at handling and resolving customer complaints. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work with all levels of employees and management, both internally and externally.
