Inventory Analyst

 

We are seeking an Imports Inventory Analyst for our corporate purchasing team.

 

As an Inventory Analyst you will be responsible for maintaining targeted inventory levels and service levels for our distribution center.  This responsibility will require ongoing analysis of these and other relevant business factors –Sales plan, account forecasts and sales orders Inventory plans and inventory levelsTrack and monitor the progress of suppliers for delivery schedulesOn-hand quantities and shipping requirementsCreative fulfillment strategies

 

Qualifications required for this position include - 5 years inventory control experience in a distribution environment Basic understanding of a manufacturing processSome college level study or equivalent trainingStrong computer skills and systems methodsGood team skills and the ability to work in a collaborative manner with other departments Strong skills in communication, organization, research and analysis
