Quality Administrator

Your role:



Reporting to the Manager of Technical Services your role will be to act as the conduit for customer quality complaints for all sales regions and businesses. You will be responsible for “mail-in” quality complaint processing including: claim receipt and entry into central database; evidence and documentation review; complaint tracking; payment authorization; final customer follow-up. This position will have personal responsibility for customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate customer feedback to Technical Service and Sales.

More specifically, you will have to:

• Set up and maintain a filing system for quality complaints.

• Understand papermaking process as it relates to various printing/imaging applications.

• Possess the ability to work with divergent and sometimes conflicting groups (technical service, sales, mills, distributors and end-users) to reach consensus and equitable claim settlements.

• Provide administrative support to the Technical Organization in Fort Mill including:

Meeting Planning

Travel Planning

Preparation of correspondence, reports and presentations

Bill Processing

Maintain Office Supplies

You have a minimum of 3 years in customer service, technical or similar role. You have a strong customer orientation and problem resolution skills. You ahve an effective follow-through ability, as well as being self-directed with strong initiative. You have proven skills of Word Processing and Excel. You demonstrate strong prioritization skills. You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable conflict management and resolution. You have excellent organization and planning skills. You have a practical understanding of computer applications (Yesware, Baan, SAP). Our offer:
