RMA Specialist

ORS Nasco, is a premier wholesaler of welding, safety and industrial products, is the largest wholesaler of MRO and oil field supplies in North America.  We are looking for energetic individuals for an exciting and fast paced position that will be dealing directly with our customer base, assisting them with products, product numbers, pricing and availability. Distribution experience is required.  We currently have a position available in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

 

The successful candidate must be a team player, have excellent people and communication skills, will possess a minimum of three years Customer Service/Call Center experience, experience should include rapport establishment, product knowledge, tools, research, problem solving and solution implementation.  This candidate must all have verifiable PC proficiency, including word processing, web browser, email and have a professional comportment.  Trend skills will be a big plus.

 

Drug testing is a part of our standard employment procedure. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
