Receptionist/Admin Assistant

A leader in the wholesale distribution business for the past 32 years needs a dependable self-starter to join our administrative team.

 

The Receptionist is responsible for managing our front office, answering our multi-line phone and greeting customers, vendors, and other guests with a positive and helpful attitude.  Additional duties include daily spreadsheets, sorting incoming and outgoing mail, data entry, typing, 10-key, and various special projects.  Hours are generally 8:30 to 5:45, however, dependent upon volume of work, overtime could occur.

 

Position Requirements include strong customer service skills, good written and verbal communication skills, MS office and internet experience.  Candidate must be able to multi-task and work independently with limited supervision.

 

Salary will be based on experience, $8.50 to $9.50 per hour with a competitive benefit package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and an employee purchase program.
