Job Title: Regional Sales Manager. 

Reports To:  Vice President of Sales

 

Summary:  General requirements include performing on site sales calls with Logomark regional customer base, participating in regional and national tradeshows deemed necessary by Vice President of Sales, maximizing sales within regional accounts by providing promotional product recommendations which fall within the guidelines of the Logomark “Solution”. 



 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

 

Reach a minimum of 100% of sales goal established in the beginning of each year. A minimum of three pre-scheduled sales calls are required per day, 4 days per work week.  Thorough knowledge of Client base. One office day per week.  Weekly Expense Reports, Appointment Scheduling, data entry, and Weekly Account Planning are the purpose of the office day. Identify, Qualify, and Create large volume opportunities within accounts.  Follow-up and track the progress of product quotations and update their status within salesforce Work closely with Vice President of Sales to determine which regional tabletops and traveling showcases are required in order to maximize the overall sales of the territory. Create sample orders daily. Utilize monthly sample budgets within +/- 5%. Thorough understanding of all Logomark/ Giftcor products. Communicate effectively & professionally with the Vice President of Sales, Logomark Upper Management, colleagues, and all other employees. On time responses Detailed requests including only pertinent information Condensed Summaries/ inquiries and requests for action Delegate tasks to specific individuals Follow the due process of communication as outlined by the Vice President of SalesProfessionally work hand in hand with regional team (i.e. Inside Sales, Design Center Managers, Customer Care, Purchasing, and Production). Ability to multi-task and find creative solutions to customer needs and requests.

Education/Experience:

One to Three years outside sales experience required.  College degree preferred.

 

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals and percentages.

 

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding in the daily communication with Logomark’s customers staff and Management.  Must maintain an overall creative ability to provide promotional product solutions for Logomark Customers and their clients.  Must make decisions which will benefit the growth and maintain a positive image of Logomark, its process’s and staff.

 

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have or show the ability to learn knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce.

 

Work Environment:

Employee must be willing to work within a fast paced environment showing the ability to multi-task and perform reasonable requests within the time allowed.  Must be able to speak before large groups of people and maintain a positive attitude.

 



Physical Demands:

Must be able to carry presentation products, catalogs and additional sales materials to daily sales calls.  Must be able to assist in Merchandising Design Centers, Customer Showrooms, Tradeshow Booths and perform tabletop and regional show set up.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
