SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We have an immediate opening position in our Sales Department for experienced logistics sales professional in the field of international freight forwarding, both to/from the U.S.A, via air and ocean. Successful candidate(s) must have well-developed inter-personal skills, be outgoing and have a high energy level. There is unlimited financial potential for the right goal-oriented individual in this position.

Job Description:

The successful applicant will be responsible for marketing on export/import, air and ocean, as well as end -to-end total logistics business development. Further, he/she will be responsible for maintaining, expending existing accounts; targeting accounts, calling on them, negotiating rate and service proposal, and securing contract(s), then providing specific customized service package(s). Additionally, he/she will provide other administrative and operational support as needed. Some travel may be involved. Individual will report to our General Sales Manager.

Job Requirements:

- Individual must be capable of facilitating growth of our sales territories.
- Responsibilities will include achieving sales goals, as well as developing and implementing strategic marketing plan.
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skill, problem solving, organizational and time management abilities are essential.
- PC proficiency required.
- Will work with customers toward the achievement of successful movement of their shipments to/from designated origins/destinations in safe, secure and complete transitions.
- A solid knowledge of international freight forwarding, the transportation markets and all players involved is required.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Starting salary: Minimum of $30,000 annually plus incentive bonus by performance.
