Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible, motivated individual to support our National Account Managers. This position reports to the VP of Sales.
The ideal candidate will have strong communications, organizational and follow-up skills.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Assist National Account Managers in supporting their customers including Wal*Mart, Michaels, and Target.
2. Work closely with Supply Chain, Marketing and Product Development to relay customer specific questions and issues.
3. General customer service including order management and order entry.
