Sales Assistant

Sales Associate Position



Major jewelry manufacturer located in Long Island City seeks an energetic individual with sales support and analytical experience.  Ideal candidate would have two years sales assistance experience in the jewelry industry, but this is not required.



 The responsibilities include all facets of sales support:

 * Inventory analysis.

* Pricing. Work with Merchandising Team on customer-specific projects. Create Sales proposals. 

* Knowledge of customer item specification sheets.

* Expedite and follow up on buyer samples. 




EXPERIENCE:  Administrative Writing Skills.  Detail-orientation. Analytical. Good verbal and written communication skills.  Comfortable working with numbers.Experience working in MS Word and Excel a must.
