Sales Supervisor
Job Description-
The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing and developing a group of 10-14 out-bound tele-sales agents. The individual will be involved in all areas of building a producing out-bound sales team through interviewing, hiring and training new sales agents. The individual is responsible for developing each sales agent to maximize productivity and performance through agent one-on-ones, weekly training meetings, call monitoring and sales incentive programs. Individual will ensure quality sales by developing and administering procedures and sales programs that improve the teams ability to increase sales and minimize cancellations.

Requirements-
Individual must have strong outbound tele-sales skills with a proven track record in out-bound sales. Individual must have prior experience as a Sales Supervisor or Manager in a Sales oriented call center. Individual must be able to exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively motivate, develop and train individual sales agents. Individual must have a passion for sales and an ongoing desire to increase each sales agents selling performance. Individual must be goal oriented and posses the skills required for effective goal setting.
Required
• Min 1 year experience supervising an outbound sales team
• Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel
• Excellent supervisory skills and sales motivational skills
• Min 1 year experience in outbound sales
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Goal-Setting skills
• Proven track record in sales
Preferred
• Four-year degree
