Sales Support Representative

Design Materials is a growing and dynamic wholesale tile distributor in the Rocky Mountain region.  We distribute some of the best ceramic, porcelain and stone tiles available in the US today.  Design Materials has been in business for over 25 years dedicated to providing the best products and service in the industry.

 

We are currently seeking a Sales Support Representative for our Albuquerque, New Mexico location.  This could be a great position for someone with some customer service/inside sales background looking to move into outside sales in the future.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 Assist and fully support the outside sales team to meet the sales and profit goals for the branchCoordinate workshops/lunch presentations to promote new productsRespond quickly and professionally to customersEnsure that outside sales has the necessary info/materials to achieve revenue goalsTake sample orders from customers and ensure that they are ordered and delivered promptlyMaintain customer files accurately Perform various office functions including answering phones, checking stock and taking customer ordersTo do whatever it takes to achieve 100% customer satisfaction

 

Qualifications:

 

·  High School Diploma

·  Sales and customer service experience a plus

·  Must have a positive attitude and be a self starter

·  Must be able to work as part of a team

·  Strong desire to succeed
