Special Events Assistant

We are looking for someone to provide support to our Special Events Team. Our Special Events Team attends all the Orange County events from Anaheim Stadium concerts/games to the Orange County Street Fair to the Orange County Fair. The position being offered is a full time and temporary position. The job end date will be October 2008.

 



Job Duties:Assist and coordinate delivery, set up, and breakdown of special eventsDeliver, set-up, pick up, and clean all special events equipment as directedAttend events at venues and other special events to troubleshoot and fix problems with draught product. Ensure all sites in venue have sufficient product on hand throughout event.Coordinate installation of POS (Point of Sale) and signage at special events







 

Basic Requirements:Must have good DMV RecordMust be able to communicate on a professional levelMust be able to perform repetitive lifting up to 161 lbs.Must be willing to maintain a flexible schedule, including nights, mornings, weekends, and holidaysMust be 21 years of age or older
