Staff Lead

Fast growing book wholesale company is looking for a hands on staff lead person for their sort floor that is responsible for the breaking down of raw pallets of books.

-  Applicant must have supervisory experience a plus.

-  Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.

-  Must be able to multi-task, in a fast paced work environment.

Job Duties include:

-  Being hands on with breakdown of product.

-  Oversee 6 - 12 employees.

-  Set number of pallets to be sorted/broken down per day.

-  Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures.

- Communicate effectively with employees and upper management.
