Interwest has a position open in our warehouse / customer service department.  Interwest Distribution Company, founded in 1985, specializes primarily in the marketing and distribution of 3M products.  These products include window film for the commercial, residential and automotive markets as well as paint protection film for the automotive industry.  We are seeking a team member that will help us continue to provide excellent service to our customers in a positive, small company working environment.

Benefits: Excellent Benefits OfferedTravel: 0%Relocation: NoJob Description: Under general supervision, this position is responsible for the accurate storing, picking, packing, and receiving of merchandise while meeting facility standards of safety, security, accuracy, and productivity.  Carry out assigned customer service activities, such as responding to inquiries and processing orders.  The position will also require computer work as orders, purchase orders and shipping are all computer based.  Included, are other duties deemed necessary to meet distribution center and customer service goals.

 

Requirements:

 

Physical Job Requirements - Intermittent periods, during which continuous physical exertion isrequired, such as standing, bending, climbing, and lifting material or equipment - some of which may beheavy or awkward. Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience - 6 Months prior experience in a pick and pack warehouse preferred.

* Individual should be detail oriented and accurate in following procedures.

* Reliability is a necessity - excellent attendance a must.

* Computer – Any previous knowledge of MAS90, UPS and/or Starship is preferred.
