Job description for:  Windows Administrator II

Must be proficient in Windows XP, Server 2000 & 2003 operating systems, Exchange 2003, Working Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Symantec Backup Exec ver. 10, 11, Ghost, Antivirus program, Enterprise Vault,  Mac OSX, Microsoft Outlook, Office 2003, and other software like Adobe Products, etc.

Qualifications:

·  Excellent customer service skills

·  Able to work independently, with limited supervision and as a member of a team when necessary

·  Strong knowledge of computer and peripheral hardware and software

·  Good problem solving and trouble shooting skills

·  Able and willing to keep abreast of new technology

·  Networking knowledge with LAN, VPN and Understanding of DMZ firewall architecture

·  Basic understanding of networking concepts and TCP/IP

·  Strong written and oral communications skills

·  Strong organizational skills

·  Strong teamwork and **can do** attitude

Physical Requirements:

Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling computers, printers and other hardware up to 40lbs; Frequent stooping, kneeling, crawling and crouching to work on computer equipment; Frequent exposure to dusts and electrical hazards associated with working on computers and computer network cabling; Ability to work in an energetic environment with frequent deadlines; Occasional overtime may be required.

High School diploma, MCSE cert. a plus. Minimum of three years industry related experience troubleshooting moderately to highly complex issues involving the desktop/server environment and related equipments.
