WINE SALES - TEAM LEADER

WINE SALES TEAM LEADER



We are an Ohio wholesale wine distributor seeking to expand our management team in Northern, Ohio. We are looking for a Team Leader for marketing and selling our products to customers in the independent retail and fine dining segments.  

 

The main responsibilities includes (but not limited to);

 

· Manage a team of 4-6 sales representatives in northeast Ohio primarily in the Cleveland market.

· Maintains strong business relationships / partnerships with an assigned customer base which focuses on their needs, goals and objectives.

· Facilitates and executes all selling and product promotion plans by making routine sales presentations and working directly with sales team and customers

· Maintains strong and detailed knowledge about the Company’s products and marketing programs

· Meets or exceeds approved sales goals and forecasts



Qualified candidates will have;

 Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with Concentration Marketing or Sales Management; or equivalent relevant experience.

 Experience in wholesale wine distribution is a mandatory requirement.

 Experience in, and a full understanding of the fine dining environment is mandatory.

 
· Hands on Proficiency in state of the art business application software for word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail and the Internet.

· Microsoft Excelä

· Microsoft Wordä

· Microsoft Windowsä 98 / 95, XP Pro or latter versions.

 

· Proficient in Planning, Documenting, Prioritizing and Scheduling objectives, projects and tasks.

 
· Written and oral communication skills sufficient for effectively conveying  information at all personnel levels and for making effective presentations to Customers
