Warehouse Worker/picking/packing/shipping/receiving/inventory control

We are seeking reps to make sales calls by phone to our customers, music retail stores and shops, all across the country.We are one of the top musical instruments, cases and accessories wholesaler& importers in the country. We sell our major brands – Christopher string instruments and Concord Cases, Eminence Electric Bass and Alta Electric violins to music stores and shops nationwide& internationally.This position is full-time, inside sales, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. M-F.

 

JOB FUNCTIONS:• Maintain and increase business within an established territory of accounts. • Prospect for potential new business through proactive B2B telephone salesactivities. • Continually increase your overall sales volume. • Handle and resolve customer service issues, such as merchandise returns.

• Organizing and attending trade shows.

• Presenting promotion and marketing strategies.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:•Experience in the music or musical instrument industry preferred but not required. •A minimum of one year in phone sales.

• Excellent phone manner, being able to talk persuasively and fluently. •Ability to play a musical instrument (violin, cello, and double bass)preferred but not required.
