Architectural Support Coordinator

Super Enterprises is the exclusive distributor of Marvin Windows and Doors in southeastern New York, New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Georgia. We are seeking an Architectural Support Coordinator for our Malvern, PA location.

 

Marvin, the original and only made-to-order company offering wood and clad wood products in more than 11,000 shapes and sizes with custom capabilities. As a distributor we sell to the retail building materials trade who consider Marvin to be the best products for high-end custom projects.

 

Our Architectural Support Coordinators take customer service to the next step by providing specialized technical product support to our internal and external customers.

 

Some responsibilities are:

 Manage complex window and door projectsCreate elevation and detail drawings using AutoCADRead and take-off blueprint docs, and prepare proposals for residential and commercial projects

Some requirements are:

 Ability to learn, interpret, and apply technical product information and resolutions accurately to orders and quotes for our customers is a necessity in this high-volume environment.Excellent communication and time management skillsAutoCAD knowledge a plusKnowledge of building materials is desirableGood telephone etiquette Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
