ADMINISTRATOR for Credit Collections
Status: Full Time, Employee/ Hourly

Partsmaster was started in 1968 and is a division of NCH Corporation, a leading provider of industrial goods since 1919.  Partsmaster provides high quality, unique repair items such as cutting tools, welding alloys, abrasives, chemicals, fasteners, repair compounds and electrical products.  We currently have two positions open in Credit Collections. 

 

Duties include the following:

 Answer customer calls and written responses to inquiries about account balances.Correspond with customers and sales representatives and consult with various internal departments.Outbound calls on past due accounts.Reconcile accounts and solve problems.

Qualifications include:

 High school diploma/GEDAptitude for working with figures (basic math)Type 30-45 wpmCalculator/10-key add machine by touch, copy machine/fax.Computer skills (CRT/PC keyboard data entry into computer system)Good communication and customer service skills
