We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative that can respond to request from customers in a courteous, timely, and professional manner. Position requires a minimum of 1 year experience customer service experience. These are functions expected of a CSR on daily basis.  Applicants must be able to perform these functions with or without reasonable accommodation:

*Answer customer requests for information

*Assist customers with processing purchase orders on imprint colors, quotes, frieght and any other issues.

*Provide information to customers regarding catalog items

*Edit and track orders upon request from customers

*Ensure delivery dates for customers

*Make proper documentation of all requests from customers

*Solve problems relating to customer orders

*Project a positive, organized, and friendly attitude towards customers  and fellow workers.
