This multi-billion dollar organization with an entreprenurial culture is awaiting a Trade Manager to be part of a team who will grow their share of brand products to the FDM retailers.  Are you in a Junior to Mid level position and at a stall in your careeer and desire growth on a fast track; then why wait????? Core responsibililties include: Lead Field Sales to Maximize Fund Utilization in Trade with major FDM retailers Ø  Understand customer Go-To-Market strategies and work with Sales to determine ways to optimize Ø  Educate Field Sales on Base Rate and Overlay metrics Understand how to manage accrual projections to better enable Sales planning/trade forecasting Trade and Sales to determine effectiveness of OI’s and Net Bills Ø  Identify with Sales where MNP/Trade exception opportunities are appropriate for best competitive & ROI consideration   Maximize Trade ROI Through In-Depth Promotional AnalysisØ  Conduct consistent Pre and Post analysis of events to drive efficiency gains both Features and TPR’s Ø  Work with Sales to take ROI learning and apply to promotional plans (i.e. packs, pricing, retail/display execution)  Lead Field Sales Training in Trade StructureØ  Lead Trade strategy education and implementationØ  Implement ROI Tools and Methodology educationØ  Ensure training is on-going Ø  Work with Sales to leverage Trade improvements for customer/category growth Assist With Account Planning ProcessØ  Understand  opportunities for volume, share, IFO, and ROI growth with Key AccountsØ  Understand competitive threats and help Sales develop best strategies to winØ  Drive RDS optimization with SalesØ  Ensure process adds value for Sales and for our Key Accounts Support Sales Development of Customer CSM StrategiesØ  Work with Sales to identify where CSM is appropriate  in lieu of Trade, or in addition to TradeØ  Help Sales understand key ROI metrics associated CSM events; expectation to apply learning to future CSM plansØ  Assist Sales to ensure Brand and Customer objectives are delivered with CSM events Core Qualifications: Ø  Requirementso  Miniunm 3 years Category or Trade Marketing Experience in the Consumer Package Goods industryoExpereince with FDM Retailerso Experience with Marketing Analysis tools to include AC Nielsen and IRI datao ROI analysis experience and knowledgeo   Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Officeo Bachelors Degree Must be open to relocationExcellent Salary with Great Benefits with paid vacations, 40lK, Bonuses, Relocation Package and more!  Please send your resume to karenh@mrportland.com for immediate and confidential considersation  Karen HartshornMRI Portland800-979-8701 xt 1126www.mrportland.com         MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
