Manage -Refinery Grade Propylene Purchases -Polymer Grade Propylene Purchases -Chemical Grade Propylene Sales -Ethylene Sales -Pygas Sales -Commercial Projects Establish/Grow Customer Relationships -Understand customer needs in Olefins business -Leverage relationships to capture demand -Develop new customers -Provide knowledge on products and derivatives Manage Existing Customer Base -Assure sales contract process is administered -Communicate supply needs / commitments to ensure efficient management and delivery of supply. -Communicate and share knowledge with the entire Olefins and Feedstock team -Understand the quality customers demand and ensure plan is in place to address -Optimize overall Olefins and Feedstock to optimize netbacks and profitability -Position FHR to be the preferred supplier Market Growth -Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability -Investigate new market opportunities and build a plan to capture market share Participate in "Point Of View" and Strategy Development -Understand product costs and market alternatives -Understand competitive position and market conditions -Assist in understanding industry trends and capturing subsequent opportunitiesEOE M/F/D/V 1+ years Petro Chemicals Business/Marketing experience Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Verbal Excellent Economic and Critical Thinking Skills Excellent Analytical Skills Self Starter Experience Preferred5 years + Sales, Marketing, and Customer Ownership experience preferredEducation RequiredBachelors DegreeOtherMust be willing to travel on customer visits that require overnight stay.
