We are currently searching for a Continuous Improvement Manager to take our organization to the next level.  This is a newly created position and will report directly to the VP of Operations for the Olyphant facility.  The successful candidate will be passionate about driving change through the organization and have the ability to lead a sustainable cultural shift towards continuous improvement.  Some of the responsibilities of this position are:Lead, guide and facilitate the culture of continuous improvement by using lean manufacturing experience and process management skills to identify and implement continuous improvement activities,Provide hands-on leadership and facilitation of these improvement initiatives,Promote Kaizen events, activities and principles, andFacilitate training and development in lean manufacturing techniques.
