They deliver exciting and motivational technical, customer service, and management training that ensures salon staff is able to deliver the brand promise with each and every customer. Technical Competencies: ·  Delivers high quality technical training programs to ensure participants are knowledgeable in the Great Clips brand, concept, and systems. ·  Delivers high quality technical workshops to ensure that salon staff has all the knowledge and tools to deliver a comfortable experience to the customer. ·  Provide support to new salons to ensure they have successful grand openings. ·  Manages assigned market budgets throughout the year to ensure goals are met. Requirements: ·  Current cosmetology license. ·  At least two years of training/educating experience. ·  Salon Management Experience a plus. ·  Ability to certify that a participant has learned and successfully demonstrated the material learned in training. ·  Ability to establish credibility and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. ·  Ability to manage an intensive travel schedule, by car and air, including overnights (75% of time) and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and some weekends. ·  Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, ability to stand for long periods of time to deliver training and cut hair. ·  Intermediate user of Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Web. ·  Valid Drivers License along with personal vehicle Our growth has created career opportunities at the Corporate Office and in the field across the U.S. and Canada.
