Lumber Liquidators is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for our headquarters building, located in Toano, VA.  Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) maintaining general electrical grid, HVAC systems, lawn care equipment, door systems, and fire systems.  Other responsibilities include training staff and contractors, coordinating with contractors on maintenance issues, conducting repairs and upgrades to the facility, assembling office equipment, ordering supplies, and maintaining compliance with laws and building codes.

 

Some college or formal technical school, along with at least 3 years experience is required for this position.  Candidates should have experience with Microsoft Office, and use Excel at an intermediate level.  Forklift and Boom Lift Certification are required, and an Electrical License is preferred.
