Schedule: Participate in development and implementation of the weekly GNMT plan.3. Planning: Develop detailed execution plans and JSA’s for critical job tasks. 4. Productivity: Audit execution productivity and remove barriers that may prohibit productive activities.5. Quality: Audit quality of work and provide technical expertise as needed to enhance reliability.6. Training: Provide and develop employee technical training.7. Performance Development: Perform annual PDR’s.8. Develop LOS T/A’s and Perform Execution.9. Turnarounds: Special assignment as needed during turnarounds.10. Contractor Coordination: Coordinate in-plant and specialty contractors to ensure safe and efficient performance.11. Reliability: Provide RCFA support and elevate issues to improve plant reliabilityWork Experience & Skills Required:1. 10 Years refining or petrochemical plant experience. 2. Use of computerized maintenance management system for work order, time keeping, and material control. 3. Thorough understanding of plant safety procedures including Lock Out/Tag Out, Confined Space, Work Permitting, and Hot Tapping. 4. Demonstrated leadership and personnel management skills. Work Experience & Skills Preferred:1. 5 years supervisory experience. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint) 3. Experience in the repair and maintenance of fired heaters, boilers, heat exchangers, distillation towers, pressure vessels, and piping systems. 4. Able to read P&ID’s and piping isometrics and understand piping specifications. 5. Familiar with welding techniques, inspection requirements, welder qualifications, and welding procedures.
