Provide technical support to customers involving daily work scopes, turnaround work scopes, reliability strategies, and fixed equipment issues.Assist in maintaining plant standards; including review of deviations from standards and revisions to standards.Assist project engineers in the use of fixed equipment standards and ASME codes. Perform root cause failure analysis of fixed equipment.Provide turnaround support during execution of TA's: participate in critical TA repairs to fixed equipment as requiredWork Experience & Skills Required:5 yrs of reliability or project engineering experience related to fixed equipment (vessels, piping, exchangers) in a processing plant.Work Experience & Skills Preferred:Developing and managing equipment standardsKnowledgable in ASME codes Piping stress analysis Reliability analysis - Weibell and Crowe-AamsaKnowledgable in refinery welding, inspection techniques, and damage mechanismsEducation Required:B.S. in Mechanical or Reliability EngineeringPhysical Demands or Unusual Working Conditions:Confined Space Entry into 18" dia. manways, climbing laddersOther Considerations (Optional) (Uniquw skills, Certifications/Licensesm /Timing, Travel, Relocation, etc.):Tap Root and Root Cause Failure Analysis Compensation/Benefits Competitive wages and benefits packages commensurate with experience.
